Take on the Trades Campaign
The Client
First Peoples Development Inc. (FPDI) addresses and provides support to training and employment barriers within First Nations.
The Challenge
FPDI needed to attract aspiring apprentices (First Nations and all others) and small to mid-sized employers within Manitoba to the Apprenticeship Support Project. The Project aimed to face the skilled trades labour shortage by providing financial incentives and additional supports to facilitate the hiring of a first-year apprentice.
The Solution
Working with Brandish Agency through concepting, branding, and asset development, a campaign was launched to get apprentices hired within Manitoba. The campaign focused not only on the financial incentives of the Project, but also the positive impacts it would have on their business and the future of trades.
